The Safe Harbor Yes campaign is focused solely on making sure that voters throughout our state say yes to the Safe Harbor amendment (Amendment 2) on the ballot this fall. We have designed a campaign plan that we know will be effective - but statewide campaigns are expensive and we cannot reach Georgia voters without significant financial support.

The United Way of Greater Atlanta is the treasurer for Safe Harbor Yes, and therefore can accept tax deductible donations to promote public education and to advocate for the adoption of this constitutional amendment. All donations made to support the Safe Harbor Yes campaign will be used exclusively and solely for that purpose.

There is no limit to the amount that individuals or organizations can contribute. Contributions and certain information as asked for on the donor form must be reported to the Georgia Government Transparency and Campaign Finance Commission.
